How do we get a quote, what do you need from us?

Your pickup postcode or area, and your wedding date or month. We're based in Bracknell and cover Berkshire, London, Surrey, Hampshire, and West Sussex. Get in touch and we'll take it from there.

What car is best for the bride?

The V-Class is our most popular choice for the bride, it's roomy enough for a full gown and veil without anyone feeling cramped, and it seats up to seven, so the bridal party can travel together rather than splitting into separate cars.

What about transport for parents or close family?

The E-Class works well for that, a three-seater that's a little more intimate, perfect for the couple's parents or a small group of close family travelling to the ceremony.

Do we need one bridal car, or can we book multiple vehicles?

Either works. One car for the bride, or a full setup with bride, groom, family, and departure car. Let us know what you need and we'll plan it out.

Do the cars come decorated?

Elegant bows and ribbons are available on request, not added automatically to every booking. Let us know when you book if you'd like the car dressed for your day, and it'll be ready for photos the moment it arrives.

Is champagne available in the car?

Yes, on request, a chilled bottle for a bit of celebration on the way. This is available for V-Class bookings only.

Can we book more than one car for the day?

Yes, most weddings do. It's common to have one car for the bride and bridal party and another for parents or family, all coordinated to arrive at the right time.

Can we hire a car just for photos, not for actual transport?

Yes, we offer full-day hire specifically for this, our cars make a lovely backdrop and it gives your photographer the whole day to work with rather than a rushed ten minutes outside the venue.

Are pets allowed in the car?

Only guide dogs and guide pets are permitted. This must be disclosed at the time of booking, not on the day. Arrangements made in advance ensure the vehicle is properly prepared for your journey.

Can you also transport our wedding guests?

Yes, we can arrange transport for your guests too, so everyone arrives on time and in the same comfort as the bridal party. It's especially useful for shuttling guests between the ceremony and reception if they're not at the same venue.

Can you take us to the airport or cruise port after the wedding?

Yes, our honeymoon service covers exactly that, a smooth, unhurried transfer straight from your venue to the airport, cruise port, or hotel for your first trip as newlyweds.

Can I book a car just for a one-way transfer to a wedding I'm attending?

Yes, you don't need to be the couple getting married to book us. If you're a guest heading to someone's wedding and want to arrive properly rather than driving yourself, a one-way transfer is no problem.

I'm a wedding planner, can I book on behalf of a client?

Yes, this is common for us. Give us the couple's details and the day's schedule, and we'll coordinate everything directly so you've got one less thing to manage on the day.

What's your budget range for wedding transport?

We're a premium service, not the cheapest option. Send us your date and requirements and we will quote you properly.

How much does wedding transport cost?

It depends on your cars, number of vehicles, and any add-ons like champagne or full-day photoshoot hire, so get in touch and we'll put a proper quote together for your day.

Do you cover venues outside Berkshire?

Yes, alongside Berkshire we cover London, Surrey, Hampshire, and West Sussex, so if your ceremony and reception are in different counties, that's not a problem.
