Frequently asked questions about our airport transfer
Once you have cleared customs, your chauffeur will be waiting with a nameboard. If you have provided a mobile number, you will also receive a text message shortly before your flight lands.
If you cannot find us, please call +44 1344 508121 or your chauffeur’s mobile (you willl find the number in the driver info kit we send you).
Please do not leave the terminal until you have met your chauffeur.
Yes. We monitor all incoming flights and will do our best to arrive early if your flight does.
