London Fashion Week runs from Thursday 17 to Monday 21 September 2026,  organised by the British Fashion Council (BFC). Shows are spread across The  Strand, Soho, Mayfair, South Kensington, and East London. A single day can mean three different postcodes and four different shows.

Crownwood Charters offers full-day hire and hourly hire (5-hour minimum) for  London Fashion Week. Every full-day booking includes your outward journey, inter-venue transfers throughout the day, chauffeur waiting time between shows, and your return journey home.

Tell us your pickup address, your show schedule,  the venues, and how many guests are travelling. We confirm your vehicle,  your named chauffeur, and your routing plan within 48 hours.

The Mercedes V-Class seats up to 6–7 — one vehicle for the whole party across every venue. The interior gives everyone space to keep garment bags, shopping, and belongings organised between shows.

Attending alone or as a couple?

The Mercedes E-Class is the right balance of presence and discretion for London show venues.

Serving London Fashion Week from across the region

Crownwood Charters collects LFW guests from Bracknell, Windsor, Ascot,  Farnborough, Farnham, Reading, Guildford, and across Berkshire, Surrey,  and Hampshire, as well as from London hotels and private addresses across the city.

For international guests arriving via Heathrow, we provide private transportation from the terminal directly into London — flight-tracked, name board in arrivals, 60 minutes of free waiting time included. 

For group and VIP guest bookings

London Fashion Week brand events, showroom appointments, and after-parties attract guests from across the UK and internationally. What if a show runs late or a venue changes last minute?

Your chauffeur waits and adapts. This is the core advantage of a full-day booking over on-demand rides — your driver is already outside, not somewhere across London waiting for a new request.

Can you collect from Heathrow for LFW?

Yes. We track your flight, include 60 minutes of free waiting time, and your private driver meets you in arrivals with a name board, then takes you directly to your London address or first show venue.

Do you sign NDAs for guest or brand bookings?

Yes. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request and are standard for our VIP and high-profile clients.
