Frequently asked questions

When is the BMW PGA Championship 2026?

Tournament rounds run from Thursday 17 to  Sunday 20 September 2026 at Wentworth Club,  Virginia Water, Surrey. The Celebrity Pro-Am takes place on Wednesday 16 September, with practice day on Tuesday 15 September.

Is parking included in the booking?

No. Parking is not included in the price and is not arranged by Crownwood Charters. Always check the official BMW PGA Championship website for the latest parking rules, access arrangements, and updates before your visit.

What booking options are available?

Full day hire and hourly hire (5-hour  minimum). We do not offer one-way transfers — every booking includes your outward journey, chauffeur waiting time,  and return journey home.

Can you cover multiple days of the championship?

Yes. We cover all six days of the event week. For multi-day bookings, we can assign a consistently named chauffeur across the days you are attending.

Can the V-Class accommodate a full group of six?

Yes. The Mercedes V-Class seats up to  6 passengers comfortably. For groups attending together, one vehicle is the most straightforward option for both the outward and return journey.
