Located at London Heathrow Terminal 3, the Upper Class Wing offers a "private airport" experience with personalised greeting, baggage processing, and queue-free private security.
Open daily 05:00-21:30, it's accessible to Virgin Atlantic Upper Class, Delta One passengers (plus guest), and elite members (Flying Club Gold, Delta Diamond/Platinum, Flying Blue Platinum, select Virgin Australia Velocity holders). Check in online 24 hours before departure and arrive at least 60 minutes before departure.
