We do not offer hourly hire or one-way transfers for The British Motor Show.

A NOTE ON FARNBOROUGH INTERNATIONAL

Crownwood Charters is based in Bracknell, approximately eight miles from Farnborough International. We have operated at this venue across multiple events, including the Farnborough International Airshow, and our chauffeurs are familiar with the access roads, the entrance gates, and the road management arrangements that apply during major show periods.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

Is parking included in the booking?

No. Parking is not included in the price and is not arranged by Crownwood Charters. Parking arrangements at Farnborough International are the client's own responsibility. Always check the official British Motor Show website for the latest parking rules, access arrangements, and any updates before your visit.

Can you cover all three show days?

Yes. We cover Friday 21, Saturday 22, and Sunday 23 August. For multi-day bookings, we can assign a consistently named chauffeur across the full weekend.

Can you collect from Heathrow for the show?

Yes. Your driver meets you in arrivals before driving directly to Farnborough International.

Do you sign NDAs for corporate or brand bookings?

Yes. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request and are standard for our corporate clients and brand representatives attending industry events.

Can you accommodate a team arriving from different addresses?

Yes. Multi-address collections are available. Contact us with your team's locations and we will confirm the most efficient collection sequence.
