1. You book in advance.

You tell us your pickup address, your enclosure, your preferred departure time, and how many guests are travelling. We confirm your vehicle, your named chauffeur, and your plan within 24 hours.

2. On the day, your driver arrives at your door.

Not nearby. Not a few minutes away. At your door, at the agreed time, in a clean and prepared luxury vehicle.

3. We drop you at the right entrance.

Royal Enclosure guests are dropped at Car Park 3. Queen Anne and Windsor Enclosure guests are directed to the correct point for your arrival direction.

4. Your chauffeur waits all day.

While you are at the races, your driver is available. You are not watching the clock to catch a train or hoping taxis.

5. We bring you home.

When you are ready to leave — after the last race or earlier — your car is there. No queues. No surge pricing. No negotiating. Just the same smooth ride back.

Travelling alone or as a couple?

Mercedes S-Class or E-Class. Quiet, refined, and exactly right for guests attending the Royal Enclosure or Queen Anne Enclosure.

Travelling as a group?

Mercedes V-Class (up to 6–7 passengers). Everyone in one vehicle. No convoy. No one missing the procession because their taxi was late.

Hosting clients or making an entrance?

Range Rover Autobiography. The vehicle of choice when the arrival itself is part of the occasion.

• Bookings are confirmed in advance, either by secure payment or through an approved corporate account.

Your questions, answered

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes — and the earlier the better. Royal Ascot falls in mid-June, which is our busiest period. Ladies' Day (Thursday 18th June) books out first. We recommend securing your booking by the end of May.

Will my chauffeur definitely be there at the end of the day?

Yes. Your chauffeur is with you for the full day — not on another job, not a shared service. When you are ready to leave, your car is ready. Keep your driver's number in your phone and message when you are heading to the exit.

Can you collect our whole group from different addresses?

Yes. We plan multi-address collections regularly. Tell us your group size and pickup locations when you book and we will build the route.

Can you collect us from Heathrow or a private airport?

Yes. We cover Heathrow, Farnborough Airport, Fairoaks Airport, and Biggin Hill. We track your flight in real time and include complimentary waiting time (check our terms and conditions page). We can transfer you directly to the racecourse or to your hotel first.

Can we have champagne in the car?

Yes. Request it when you book.

Is parking included in the booking?

No. Parking is not included in the price and is not arranged by Crownwood Charters. Parking at event venues is the client's own responsibility. At most events, where you are permitted to park depends on the type of ticket, pass, or hospitality package the client holds.
