• Group of racegoers attending together? Mercedes V-Class, up to 6–7 passengers. It is a large vehicle for the whole party.

• A car for corporate pair or small group entertaining clients? Mercedes E-Class or S-Class

Crownwood Charters is based in Bracknell, approximately six miles from Ascot Racecourse. We serve Ascot across multiple race meetings throughout the year, and our chauffeurs know the racecourse access roads, the gate arrangements, and the return routes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is parking included in the booking?

No. Parking is not included in the price and is not arranged by Crownwood Charters. Parking at Ascot Racecourse is the client's own responsibility and is determined by the ticket or hospitality package held. Always check the official Ascot Racecourse website for the latest parking rules, access arrangements, and updates before your visit.

Can you cover both days of the weekend?

Yes. We cover Friday 2 and Saturday 3 October. For two-day bookings, we can assign a consistent named chauffeur across the weekend.

Can you collect from Heathrow?

Yes. We track your flight, include 60 minutes of free waiting time, and your driver meets you in arrivals before driving directly to Ascot Racecourse.

Do you sign NDAs for corporate bookings?

Yes. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request and are standard for our corporate and hospitality clients.

Can you accommodate a group arriving from different addresses?

Yes. Multi-address collections are available. Contact us with your group's locations and we will confirm the most efficient collection sequence.
