ARRIVAL AND DROP-OFF

Your chauffeur drops you at the designated drop-off zone at your festival venue, then waits in the venue’s permitted parking area. They collect you from the designated pickup zone at your agreed time.

I’ve bought festival tickets. Is transport included?

No. Crownwood Charters is not affiliated with the BFI or an official festival partner, and provides transport independently of the festival. The £250 Closing Night Gala fundraising ticket lets you walk the red carpet and see the screening at Royal Festival Hall on 18 October, and supports the BFI as a charity.

Can I book a chauffeur for more than one day, or by the hour?

Yes. Crownwood Charters can arrange a chauffeur for any or all twelve days of the festival, each booked in advance. Hourly hire has a four-hour minimum and suits a single premiere evening, and Chauffeur for the Day suits several screenings.

How far ahead should I book a festival chauffeur?

Crownwood Charters accepts advance bookings only and does not take same-day requests. Book as early as your festival dates are confirmed, as October fills quickly across multiple events.

I’m attending as talent or industry. Can you accommodate discretion?

Yes. An unbranded vehicle can be arranged on request, and a non-disclosure agreement can be put in place where required.

What vehicles are available for the festival?

Mercedes E-Class, S-Class, V-Class and Range Rover Autobiography. The V-Class seats 6 to 7 passengers, and the others suit individuals, pairs or a single gala arrival.

Is parking included in the booking?

No. Parking is not included in the price and is not arranged by Crownwood Charters. Parking at event venues is the client’s own responsibility, and the official BFI London Film Festival website has the latest venue access information.
