How Our Polo in the Park Service Works

Hourly hire with a 5-hour minimum, or full day hire. We do not offer one-way transfers.

Attending as a family or group?

Mercedes V-Class (up to 6–7 passengers). Everyone together for the whole day — from door to Hurlingham Park and home again, no splitting the group across multiple Ubers.

Here Is Exactly What Happens on the Day

1. You book in advance. Tell us your pickup address, your preferred arrival time, and how many guests are travelling. We confirm your vehicle and named chauffeur within 24 hours.

2. Your driver arrives at your door. At your door, at the agreed time, in a prepared luxury vehicle. The District Line is someone else's problem today.

3. We drop you directly at Hurlingham Park. No parking to find — because there is none. We drop you off at the entrance, and you walk straight in.

4. Your chauffeur stays all day.VIP access runs from 12:00 noon to 8:30 PM. Whether you stay for the full day or leave after the afternoon matches, your driver is ready when you are.

June is a busy month — Polo in the Park falls in the same period as Royal Ascot and Wimbledon. We recommend booking by the end of March 2026 to guarantee your vehicle and chauffeur for all three days.

Can you collect us from different addresses for a group?

Yes. We plan multi-address collections regularly. Tell us your group size and pickup locations and we will build the route to keep timings smooth.

Are all bookings paid in advance?
