Lapland Ascot – Exclusive Chauffeur Transfers

If you are travelling as a family of four or more, sharing the journey with another family, or attending with children who will need carrying or a pushchair, a pre-booked chauffeur removes every logistical complication from the day before it starts.

LaplandUK Ascot 2026 runs from Saturday 7 November to Thursday 24 December at Whitmoor Forest, Swinley Road, Winkfield Row, Ascot, SL5 8BD. The experience lasts 4.5 hours and tickets are released via the official LaplandUK website only.

Here is exactly what happens when you book

Crownwood Charters offers full day hire and hourly hire  (5-hour minimum) for LaplandUK Ascot. We do not offer one-way transfers.

1. You book in advance.  Tell us your collection address, your arrival time slot at LaplandUK, the number of guests including children, and whether you need child seats. We confirm your vehicle, your named chauffeur, and your collection time within 48 hours.

2. On the day, your driver arrives at your door. At the agreed time, in a prepared luxury vehicle with child seats fitted if requested.

3. We drive you to Whitmoor Forest. A short journey through Berkshire — your children are excited, you are relaxed, nobody is looking for a parking space.

4. Your chauffeur waits throughout the experience. While your family spends 4.5 hours in the Toy Factory, the Lapland Bakery, and the Elven Village, your driver is ready and waiting.

The Mercedes V-Class seats up to 6–7 passengers with room for coats, bags, and pushchairs. One vehicle for 

  the whole party, door to forest entrance and back.

Attending as a couple or small family of three?

The Mercedes E-Class is comfortable, quiet, and the right scale for a smaller group.

Golden Experience or premium package guests?

The Mercedes S-Class or Range Rover Autobiography. If the experience inside is premium, the arrival should match it.
