Arrival and Drop-Off
Sandown Park's main entrance is on Portsmouth Road, directly off the A307 Esher High Street. Our chauffeurs use Portsmouth Road as the drop-off and pickup point, close to the main entrance and Grandstand, avoiding the need for clients to cross the course from the station. On race days, a designated taxi and chauffeur pickup and drop-off point is located at the main entrance.
Parking
Complimentary parking for up to 3,000 cars is available in the centre of the racecourse, accessed via the More Lane entrance, though this area closes for approximately ten minutes before and after each race while horses cross. Paid parking is also available in the main Portsmouth Road car park. We factor race-day closures into pickup timing so clients are never left waiting during a crossing closure.
Race Meetings at Sandown Park
Sandown Park hosts racing throughout the year, including Coral-Eclipse Day in July, one of Flat racing's Group 1 fixtures, and the Betfair Tingle Creek Festival in December.
